The Vallos Bakery
Vallos Baking Company was operating in Fountain Hill, Bethlehem. After my grandfather moved to the United States, he received a job working in the bakery. When the bakery was for sale, he then decided he wanted to purchase the business and run it with his wife. The bakery was bought by my grandparent’s, Stephanos and Kathleen Skoutelas in 1926 and they moved the business to its current location of Salisbury Township, Bethlehem.After my grandfather’s passing in 1974, the bakery was then handed down to their three sons; Nicholas, George and Gus. When the brothers decided they wanted to retire, my husband and I decided to keep the family business running; and in 2005, we purchased the bakery from them. Over the years, we updated the equipment, bought new delivery trucks, hired new talent, and started a new line of pastries and cakes.

Vallos Bakery is an old fashioned bakery being run by 3rd Generation family but with a modern flare. Our Lehigh Valley bakery has been family owned and operated for over 85 years using my grandparents original recipes.
Local Lehigh Valley Bakery
Our Lehigh Valley Bakery continues to offer wholesale delivery to restaurants, diners, delis, stores in the Lehigh Valley area. We especially deliver to local festivals, fairs and church events every year. We do not offer personal deliveries. Our retail store is always busy with our local, loyal customers. We strive for quality and consistency in everything we make. Our bakery is a made-from-scratch bakery and always has been.
